Before you decide.
- Do I need a card to sign up?
- No. Create an account and work on the free plan. A card is only asked for when you subscribe or buy a credit pack.
- Who takes the payment?
- Polar. It charges your card, issues receipts and handles sales tax. You change plans, update cards and read past invoices from Billing in your account.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for, then the account returns to the free plan's limits. Nothing you created is deleted.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, from Billing in your account, whenever you like.
- Do unused AI credits roll over?
- Your monthly allowance doesn't. It starts again at the beginning of each month, UTC. Credits from a pack never expire and are only spent once the allowance runs out.
- Can I get a refund?
- The refund policy sets out what can be refunded and when.
