The agreement for using Freveo, written to be read. The short version: your content is yours, invoices you issue are your responsibility, billing is handled by Polar, and you can leave with your data at any time.

These terms are the agreement between you and Freveo for using freveo.app. Creating an account means you accept them. If you do not agree with something here, do not use the service.
Freveo is a workspace for freelancers: clients, projects, invoices, a public profile and the tooling around them. We keep improving it, which means features can change, and occasionally one may be retired — if a paid feature is retired, we will say so before it happens.
Keep your credentials to yourself and your account details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you believe it has been compromised, change your password from the Security page immediately.
Everything you create in the workspace — clients, projects, invoices, uploads, profile content — is yours. You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run the service: for example, showing your public profile to visitors is the point of the feature.
Anything you place on your public profile is published to the open web by your own choice.
No unlawful content or activity, including fraudulent invoices.
No impersonation of other people or businesses.
No attempts to break, overload or probe the service.
No uploading content you do not have the rights to publish.
Freveo is a tool, not an accountant or a law firm. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue and for complying with the tax and invoicing rules that apply to your business and your jurisdiction.
Drafting features powered by AI produce suggestions. Review them before you rely on them — you are responsible for what you send to a client.
Paid plans are billed through Polar, our payment provider and merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the renewal: your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account returns to the free tier. Nothing you created is deleted when a subscription ends.
Free tier limits may change; if they tighten, existing data is never deleted to fit a new limit.
We work to keep the service fast and available, but it is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can delete your account at any time from the Security page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms — where reasonable, with notice and a chance to export your data first.
If these terms change materially, we will announce it in the product before the change applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
